Sharing a knowledge article with other colleagues

What is the best approach for sharing knowledge articles with your colleagues or with someone within organization via email?

Anyone know how to enable sharing of articles? So a basic user can find an article and then somehow share it?

Copy permanlink link and mail that? if the sharing should be through email.. One other way is to make a a button that emails the link to specific users and you can specific what the mail contains.

Otherwise perhaps using the tag functionality with group tags etc can work.

Just a couple of ways I could come up with, kind of depends how the organisation works or want to work.
