Sharing Dashboards with non-itil users

I have some Dashboards that I want to share with users with no roles attached to them. These users only use the Employee Center, so they do not have any roles assigned to them. Is there a dashboard role that will allow them to see dashboards with reports? When I share the dashboard link, it brings them to the Employee Center page.
