Hello,
I am having trouble find an answer to this question. I just started working with Agent Workspace. My company will be moving to Agent Workspace for ITSM in the near future, but for now I have a custom application that I previously used Portal and UI Pages for a dashboard/UI and that was fine, but now I want to use the new UI Framework and Landing Pages etc which are all part of Workspace. My question is, are we supposed to be creating new separate workspaces for all our custom applications, or are we just supposed to somehow include it all in the Agent Workspace and open our custom applications using modules links on the left side of the Workspace like in this image? Thank you for your help.

I would say it would depend on the custom application and what your users need are. If your users need access to your custom app along with change, incident and everything else then a separate workspace is probably not needed. But if all they will ever do is work in your custom app then build a workspace that is just that.

If this is your custom scoped application, then you should configure separate work-space for your custom applications.
It's best to keep OOB objects as it is so that you don't get into any future upgrade issues.

Sachin
