Show and hide fields on Survey page

We have the same survey for Incident and RITM. How do I show or hide a particular field based on incident or RITM?

Hi anirban3000,

 

You can create any special conditions that must be met before the question appears on the survey using the Dependency tab on the survey designer. it's a bit tricky to do (not as easy as UI Policy etc) but can be donje. Make it dependant on the Source field. For more info see:
