Show article based on user language via Link

I have sent japanese language article link to customer but the customer prefered language is english. I want to redirect the link to english language which is the parent article of all other translated language articles.

Hi, I referred your suggestions - I can able to show the article based on user language but the issue is i have sent a japanese article link but the user language is english how to redirect the japanese to his parent article english language ?
