Hello Everyone,
Can anyone please help me on this requirement?
When Fix button is clicked on a Problem form(screenshot1), We get a modal / UI view /Page shown below(screenshot 2). It shows only if cause notes and fix notes are not filled in.

We would like to display above modal (screenshot 2), even if cause notes and fix notes are filed in already with existing values.
