Show Catalog Items in Virtual Agent

Hi,

Can anyone help me with my query related to Virtual Agent, I am trying to implement the following:

When Virtual Agent NLU does not find a match with predefined responses (Topics), it searches in the knowledge base and return Knowledge article results. In addition to Knowledge Base search, I would like to allow the Catalog Search. This way the Virtual Agent will display a combination of Knowledge Results and Catalog results.

Currently in my system I am not using AI Search fallback, I am just using Fallback.

Any leads are appreciated.

Hi

the context search is capable of returning both knowledge and catalog items.

Go to > Search context > copy or create on which has both knowledge and catalog item in searchers.

Then use that in topic block context search like below.

I am not sure about context(string) where that the ID is from. Can you please elaborate? It will really helpful. Thanks in advance.
