Unable to show dynamic record data in Display only form component on contextual sidebar in configurable workspace
The requirement is to show Variables in "contextual sidebar" in configurable workspace to increase productivity for agents.
To achieve this
1. I duplicated OOTB "Record Default" Record as it is read only by policy.
2. Added New properties under Duplicated Record Default page Body > Page configuration to hold page table and sysid. find screenshot "Body new page configurations"
3. Created a new "view" and added variables.
4. Created a new page and variant under contextual sidebar. Please find screenshot "Variables Page and variant"
5. Added New properties under Variables variants Body > Page configuration to hold page table and sysid. find screenshot "Variables page page configuration"
4. Added "Display only form" and added view under configurations. please find screenshot "Display only form configurations"
I am able to view data correctly in "display only form" using test values.
I am facing issues to dynamically show record data using page configuration
