Hi everyone, I need to create a custom UI page in that I need to display incident details like Number, Caller, Short description on the UI page.

I dont have handy code

but here is OOTB

 

Go to UI action -- Search for Assess (on prb table) and check thsi code.

 

Create UI page, i already shared link. Give atry and share feedback.
