'Show Notification' do not send when assignment group is receive

When is change the  assignment group I need to send notification to new assignment group and they will  see in 'Show Notification'  but it doesnt send

I need to see notification here but it do not send but if I put specific person  this is work

Hello,

You mean to say particular user it is working but for group is not?
Also do have each member email or group email_id where you are sending notification?
