Show question in survey based on user

Hi,

i have a survey with multiple categories and each category has different questions. 
I have the field u_service_lane of type Choice in sys_user table.
Is there any way to check the value of u_service_lane of the user that is about to take the survey and according to this decide which category that contains that questions will be shown to him when he is trying to take the survey?
kind of an on load client script for a survey.
