show short description instead number on banner on incident page

Hi,

Can someone help me in resolving the issue?

In my incident form, the banner shows Incident short description instead number. Also, when tried to filter the issues based on the state from the list, I can see only short description(shows INC numbers by default).

Hello Avinash,

This is controlled by the display value of the field. Navigate to the table and ensure you have display value set on number field and not on description(filter by task/incident table to confirm).
