show short description instead number on banner on incident page

Hi,

Can someone help me in resolving the issue?

In my incident form, the banner shows Incident short description instead number. Also, when tried to filter the issues based on the state from the list, I can see only short description(shows INC numbers by default).

Can u share the snapshot of the dictionary overrides section of the 'Short Description' field?

The snapshot does not show the column name.

But make sure that 'Override Display Value' for incident form should be 'false'.

go to table ,in there u can find the number ,check the display is true or not
