Hello All,
We have the Record Producer for 'ast_contract' table which is not extend by task table we are redirecting it to generated record but after submitting the record 'No readable comment field' message is shown on activity tab also on the header only seeing the short description. I tried to create the Standard Ticket Configuration for that table but can't get the ast_contract table on the table field of Standard Ticket Configuration form also tried to create the MY request Filter but same issue happened with this also. Is there any way to create the configuration?
Can anyone help me with this to show the submitted record on request page of portal side?
