Show the resolution note while closing the case in the portal

Hello Team,
I have a requirement where when an agent resolve the case, the resolution note should show off in the case. Somewhere where the additional comment is shown. How can we achieve that?

Do the resolution notes not get automatically posted a comment already? You could create a business rule that posts the resolution note to the additional comments when the case state changes to Closed.
