Hello,
I need to show emails sent from the Major Incident Workbench in the Latest Activity stream of the workbench itself. Right now it is only showing the activities from the actual incident (work notes etc).
I found one support case where they are trying to do the same thing, however the resolution is very brief and not explicated clearly:
You will find the email log in the activity feed section of the ICP tasks if you have the "Sent/Received Emails" checked to be shown in the activity feed
I have no Activity stream on the Communication tab if that is to be expected, only on the Summary tab, and I don't see where I can check "Sent/Received Emails" to be shown for the ICP tasks.
