Sidebar doesn't populate participants field

Hello!
I have problem with sidebar configuration.

It doesn't work. 

I see "no results found"

what am I doing wrong? why doesn't it work?

Please go through the below steps, it may be helful to you.

 

Configure Sidebar so agents can have real-time collaboration with others.

Before you begin

Role required: admin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > Conversational Interfaces > Settings.
  2. Select Sidebar.
     
  3. Activate Sidebar by enabling the Activate option.
  4. Configure the features and participants options.

Hello. I made all these steps, using documentation, I don't understand what the correct configuration for sidebar members query

Hi Marina,

 

In your screenshot, the Sidebar Member Query you have configured has type of "Search" instead of "Pre-fill". So, the participants won't auto-fill on the field since you have to search for the members to add to the discussion.

 

Even though the drop-down says No results found, if you type in the name of a person then you should be able to add them if they have access to the record.

I guess we are facing the same issue. It is not clear what to select for the Condition table and the associated Condition.

Our goal is to use the Discuss option.
