Similarity Solution Examples list is not updating

My List of Similarity (Predictive Intelligence) Solution Examples is not updating when I add a new Incident to my Incident List. The Similarity Solution is a standard one (Demand Insights: Similar Incidents and Knowledge). and the Training frequency is set to 7 days and update frequency to 15 Min. But I have been waiting since an hour but the examples list is not updating... kindly help

Thanks, It seems like it didn't really addressed my exact issue, but it's really informative and earlier I had no idea this was possible in ServiceNow. Thanks a lot. Very similar to my issue.
