Single Meeting Link per Incident via UI Action Button

Hi Team,
How can we implement a UI action button such that when it is clicked, all users join the same call associated with a specific incident? The requirement is that each incident should have only one meeting, and every time any user clicks the button, they should be directed to the same meeting link created for that incident (i.e., one call per incident) and  it should start recording and transcription once the call has started.

create a custom UI Action button on the incident form. The script should use a REST API to trigger a meeting in your video conferencing platform (e.g., Zoom or MS Teams), check if a link is already generated, and automatically send the recording/transcription commands.
