I have a requirement to research about this account:

In my organization we have a user account is it really needed?

I need to understand the activity history and use case of. And see if it needs to be active, and if so, can it be marked as Web Services Access Only.

1 ACCEPTED SOLUTION

check for below things and decide :

1. check if the account is active true or false

2. check if the account is lockedout or not

3. check the accounts last login time from field if avaible.

4. find the purpose of the accounts  (in your case it looks like SSO account) , check in sso application if the account is actively used or not.

> also check for field 'SSO source' field to see if any sso sys_id is set.

5. Reach out to consern application team(sso) to see if they have configued this user anywere in their applications.

6. Reach out to account manager to see if he has any info on this account.

I hope this help.. if yes... then mark the answer as correct to clear this thread...
