Hi Team,

 

I have the requirement.

 

Requirement: Based on the User login to the  portal, the 'Company' and 'Site' options and their respective tickets must be visible to the user. One site information must not be visible to other site users.
Ex. If a user logged into intraportal belongs to 'MOHG' domain and 'Rosewell -Atlanta' location, he must have access to view only the tickets respective to that company in all the tabs.

how they are able to see each other site/location ticket details and how i can check the feasibility?

Hi Team,

 

I need help here, How to auto populate the logged in user company and site/location name in service portal. Company name available in User profile but If site/location name not available in user profile. Site/location are available in cmn_location table and in cmdb_ci table.
