Hi Team ,
I am facing an issue while exporting a standard change template record from Production to Lower instance .
Below is the standard change template ,which is created directly in production .
Application scope is also - Global
I exported this into xml .and went to stage instance to import ,
while importing throwing a error like this .
I am admin , but i don't know where was problem ,
can anyone please provide what steps should i take to import , Please provide screenshots for better understanding ,
NOTE - If you look into the below screenshot change template , there is a attachment also there , that one also import in lower instances .
Please help here what steps should i take , please provide screenshots for better understanding.

Also, here are some posts from the community on the same topic.
In a nutshell the issue could be related to importing the data in incorrect scope, not having right roles or correct plugins installed.
