check
'SLA breached' notification [triggered by the 'sla.warning.breach' event] is active or not. If not make it active and try again.
Mark helpful if it helps for you...
Thanks & Regards,

Please check OOTB SLA flow and do the same
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hey @chatsaurav19,
Instead of generating notifications via a custom BR, you should use Flow or Workflow which is associated with the SLA definition.
You can clone the OOB workflow/flow and modify per your need.
Cheers
