SLA Breach Time Empty

So I having an issue with my SLA's that makes them appear with the "Breach Time" empty tried some solutions but none of them seemed to work, I was wondering if this is a known error or somethink that Im not doing right, I checked the task_sla to see if the field had a value but it doesnt ...

Your post doesn't make any sense? The incidents that you have checked are they breached or not according to the schedule?

Hi @AndersBGS sorry, maybe I couldnt explain my self very well, but the problem that Im having is that when the SLA start's running the "Breach Time" field is empty on the "task_sla" table.

Hi @F_bio Santos ,

 

Go to task_sla.config and look under the tab "business rules" after the business rule "Set planned end time ". This is the business rule (as far as I can see) that is settings the breach time on the task_sla record.

To be honest Im not understanding why it is not putting the value, I checked the "SLA TimeLine" link and the value appears there but on the form it is empty ...
