Hi Community,
I have a situation here ,
I've created a schedule for SLA to run only on weekdays, but it is breaching on weekends as well, attached
are the schedule and schedule entry

not in schedule, in SAL configuration, there is a timezone field check that.
here it is fine to be floating

Your schedule is correct, it should not breach on weekends.
The only issue here could be the timezone defined in SLA, sometimes the user/ system is in different timezone that what is defined in SLA configuration.

Set the timezone in SLA configuration as system default timezone or any timezone which your company operates in. Sometimes there are different SLAs based on groups or locations, in that case the timezone in SLA is set as per their timezone/requirement.

can you confirm how to set the time zone to default, because now it is set to floating in the schedule entry.
