SLA definition and update set

Hello,

I created a new SLA defination and Schedule but it was not captured in the updateset.

How do I add it manually to an updateset ?

Hi,

Select the target update set as the current update set. Open the SLA record and make a minor change and update the SLA it will be captured now in the update set.

Regarding Schedules you will have to do xml export and import as schedules doesn't get captured in the update sets.
