SLA don't triggered even the condition are might

Hi , 

i have an sla in a customized table now  we get a porblem is that we have some records the sla don't triggered even the start , stop , cancel condition are might and when i try to reproduce the problem i can't i can see the sla can anyone please have an idea why the sla isn't triggred in some records even the condition are might

Was this SLA active when those 8 cases were created, or was another version active (could be different schedule, (in)activity, other conditions, etc).

What happens if you select 'repair sla' for these cases?

Yes the sla was active when those 8 cases were created, and wasn't another version active

and i want to select 'repair'sla' before founding the cause of the problem ,because client will want to know why in those cases the sla not triggered

Can you check on one of them at least? If it solves it, you know the issue is resolved and you can focus on the cause, but you are sure it won't happen again. If the don't attach, you have another issue to troubleshoot.
