SLA issue

Hello All, 

I have a requirement to change the SLA Duration of the SLA

so previously the SLA duration was 1day 23hrs , and we used to get 75% AND 100% SLA notification perfectly 

but now when i want to change the SLA duration to 4days 

we are getting SLA notifications for 10% , 20% etc 

in workflow designer its mentioned as 75% , 100% only 

can i know why is this issue happening ?

please help me in this issue
