SLA Issue

We configured the SLA, but it appears the close conditions were not included. As a result, the incident was closed while the SLA was still in progress. After we discovered and resolved this issue, the older records continue to show as in progress. We have also observed that something is being update daily. Could you clarify why this is occurring?
