Use Cases configuration of Agent Mobile App - Effort Required

Hi,

I got this documentation about Agent Mobile App : https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/zurich-field-service-management/page/product/field-service-ma...The above documentation is not clearly mentioning about the configuration of upcoming shifts, time-off requests, who's on a call, gaps and conflicts , starting a conference call etc. Is it a complex configuration? I just wanted to know how much effort will be required on the highlighted modules? My BA asked me to check this. But I'm not getting much documentations regarding this. Based on that, my BA will decide whether to implement this or not. So I'm checking these and didn't find any. Please help me if you could provide some details of how much effort will be required on this? Also mention in brief about the implementation of these. Will it be a complex one?
