When I open a case with an SLA of 2 days and create an incident from it after 1 day, the incident's SLA should inherit the remaining time (1 day) from the case's SLA.
I don't see there is any option to transfer or inherit the SLA from one source record to other, however your can create some custom logic to calculate the rest of SLA and show on Incident Form as Inherited SAL duration.
