SLA Overview Personalization

Good morning everyone,
In my project the client has asked us for a visual proposal of the SLAs; the fact is that what I have seen are different ways of showing the information in the Overview section, either through different types of graphics or showing data in a more detailed way (what is cash but somewhat more modified). Would there be any possibility of customizing this module further or does the client's proposal really not make much sense (making it even more visual)?
