SLA pause on holidays

Could you please suggest me how to pause(entire procedure) the SLA clock on holidays ?

Hi,

You need to get schedules created & then add those schedules to your SLA. In schedules you need to define working hours (if any) along with holiday calendar. You may refer 8-5 weekdays Holidays schedule that is available OOB.
