Hello Team,
I have created on SLA on Order task table and gave the details as below.
I want this SLA to run in CST timezone for 15 days on weekdays 8am to 6pm (CST timezone), but when I see on the SLA it says the sla will breach time as "An SLA starting now will breach on 2024-09-17 16:00:00 (Actual elapsed time: 50 Days 15 Hours 55 Minutes 31 Seconds)" which seems like wrong, can someone please help me in calculating the SLA time and is there anything missing in the SLA definition.
Regards,
Prudhvi

Hi @Prudhvi Raj4 ,
This is working as expected
You set 15 days.
SLA woudl run 10 hours a day (weekday) - One week - 50 hours
For completing 15 days = 360(hours)/50 (a week) -->7.2 weeks i.e 50 days+ few hours
Let me know if any questions.
Thank you,
