The myriad of documents advising using the Slack Spoke, Now Action Messaging plugin, Slack Webhooks Spoke or the ServiceNow app in Slack is very confusing. I need to push change request approval notifications to Slack and process the approve/reject response, which is exactly what the Slack Spoke example claims to do, so I've installed that. As per the documentation, we've configured the Slack spoke and the SN instance received an OAuth token from Slack. I followed the ‘Post an approval message’ example in the samples article and published my copy of the 'Respond to Slack Message Action'. The spoke documentation says "When the configurations mentioned in the outbound configurations are met, the relevant subflow is triggered to perform actions in the Slack application." but it isn't clear to me how the whole process is triggered or the sequence of events. Please can someone explain how the task approval process for the Slack spoke is supposed to work?
