How to map a catalog item variable to field on another form

I have created a new catalog item, in that some variables needs to be mapped with another fields on the kb_article form. How to achieve this.

Hi @Ruthika0319 

 

Yes you can do , via flow designer. In Flow you can take these values and pass via ACtion - Update record - KB table.
