Smiley Face Survey on email

Hello All,

We have created the Smiley based survey on email. Issue/challenge we are facing are:

1. Names are not coming properly under the smiley in outlook 2016. The same can be viewed perfectly when I check from the tool (preview notification) from SNOW.Script written for this is 
2. Hovering part is also not working in Outlook:Instead of getting the rating name we are getting script here. The same is working fine from tool :we are getting excellent when I hover the pointer at the first smiley.

How can this issue be resolved? Everything seems to be fine and working in ServiceNow but when we get email on outlook the configuration changes? I am not sure what needs to be done here? Please guide.

can i have the notification along with mail script ..etc.., and inbound action for reprocessing survey result to the ticket  in service now 

we have the same requirement, it will be helpful

possible update set.

Can you please share the email script which you have used for the SMileys.

Also once the user submits the survey how are the responses recorded in the survey table?

Hi guys,

I hope I can help you out with my solution.

I exported the untouched template + template definitions from my personal madrid dev-instance to get the smiley faces template.

See the attachment, to get the template.
