Hi,
I am trying to create an SMS notification for our Critical Incidents, I have switched on the Plug and worked through my notification preferances, but our service Provider 'O2' are not present - I can not find where to add them, can anyone help and guide me in the right direction please ?

Deet,
O2 is available, just set as inactive. You have to navigate to "cmn_notif_service_provider" table and enable them. You can also create your own customer provider if you do not find yours.

Great - Thanks for that advice - it was really helpful and have now been able to switch on O2. I beleive I have setup everything needed now but am still not getting the SMS sent through to me.
So far have setup the notification based on both submit and update, I have setup the device in my notifications but its not firing anything. Can anyone help again please 🐵

If you are testing, are you impersonating another user that creates or updates the record in question?
By default, the 'Send to event creator' field is false on notifications, so if that field is false on your notification, it will not send to the user that created the event.

Hi,
You can add service providers by going to the cmn_notif_service_provider table and adding to the list. This is currently undocumented, and it's worth noting that the SMS notifications only work for providers that forward emails to cell phones as SMS.
