SMS Notification - Adding a Service Provider

Hi,

I am trying to create an SMS notification for our Critical Incidents, I have switched on the Plug and worked through my notification preferances, but our service Provider 'O2' are not present - I can not find where to add them, can anyone help and guide me in the right direction please ?

Any idea what this is called/where this is in FUJI?

Hi Dave,

I see table cmn_notif_service_provider is present in Fuji -   with 8 active Service Providers from AT&T to Verizon and other 224 inactive records present.
