SMTP and POP3 Issue relate to my PDI?

Hi,

 

In my PDI Under the email account, there is no Default SMTP and POP3 account.

How can I get OOB SMTP and POP3 accounts?

Please note that it is not possible to send/receive mails in your PDI no matter what according to this information: https://developer.servicenow.com/blog.do?p=/post/sending-emails-from-pdis/

Please repair your Email Account plugin 

goto System Definitions > Plugins

Search for the Email Accounts plugin

from 3 vertical dots found right side select Repair
