Hi,
In my PDI Under the email account, there is no Default SMTP and POP3 account.
How can I get OOB SMTP and POP3 accounts?
Thanks,
Ankit

Hi @Ankit Kumar6 ,
Please note that it is not possible to send/receive mails in your PDI no matter what according to this information: https://developer.servicenow.com/blog.do?p=/post/sending-emails-from-pdis/

Hi there,
ServiceNow did restrict the email sending/receiving on PDIs. Also see what Anders replied.
Though you are able to configure your own mail accounts, for both sending and receiving. I have done this recently, works fine.
