SMTPSender: no recipients, email send ignored (unable to receive any mail from PDI to gmail)

Inbound Action
When POP3 was configured then I was able to receive the email and Incident was being created due to inbound action.
But when I have configured SMTP from then onwards, when I am sending email to PDI to create incident then under Email Logs "received-ignored" is coming and nor even, when I am creating the incident ,the email is going from PDI to personal gmail.
But when SMTP is de-activated then I am able to receive the mail from Gmail to PDI.
Please help me so that I can send and receive the mail
