SN Agent app and Activity Stream is giving "Internal Server Error"

Dear colleagues.

Somehow during the development within Studio for ServiceNow Agent app my Activity Stream suddenly started to give me an "Error 500" (Internal Server Error). It is only the case within ServiceNow Agent app and is applicable to basically everything (I have Incidents, Approvals and Tasks in my applications). Have anyone experienced the similar behavior? There is not much in Studio I can do with regards to manage Activity Streams, also it is fully functional when it comes to SP and SN interfaces. More than that, I have developed the functionality to submit the comment from the Swipe Functions - those are working perfectly. With other words, the only part I am missing - is to list the Activity Stream in the SN Agent app...

Any help is very much appreciated.

The solution was pretty simple - had to set the timezone on the appliance. Somehow default (unset) timezone gave me the above error and it only was affecting the Agent app, nothing else. Once the timezone has been set, logout and login to Agent app resolved the issue with Activity Stream.

Just in case if someone interested.

HI,

Have you upgraded recently?

Thanks,
Ashutosh

Not really.. Just a regular development for the SN Agent in order to make it available and usable for the customer..

Im on Madrid Patch 6 Hotfix 1, that has been applied 22nd of August, but it has been working for some time after that upgrade, so I am kinda lost..

Hi,

This may be connectivity issue. Did you try login out and again login.

Thanks,
Ashutosh

Hi,

Unfortunately that is not the case. I event tried to uninstall and reinstall Agent app on my mobile, but it has been confirmed - the issue exists for everyone who is having the access to the Agent app.
