SN Landing Page

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to change the landing page to SOW? When a user selects the home/SN logo in the left hand corner, we want it to take them to SOW.

It is from user preference but OOTB these option available only

try to update this property "glide.banner.image.url" to now/sow/home

It worked for me

Hi @Jonathan102,

Have you checked the 'Homepage Destination Rules'?

Type sys_homepage_destination_rule.list into the Navigation menu. There you should find an Out Of Box (OOB) record named: SOW Landing Page. Check this is active.

This rule directs all non admins to the SOW Landing Page.

If its inactive (Active = false), when you update the value and save it to true, you will have to clear the cache to refresh the browser.

Enter <instance-name>.service-now.com/cache.do into the web browser URL and hit enter.
