SN Reporting - Advanced Options?

Hello

I am creating Reports (Reports - View/Run)

When I get to the Configure Tab, I show only 

Group By,

Additional Group By,

Configure function field

How can I find the missing items under my configure tab (See below for what my co-worker can see)

A co-worker is able to see other items on the Configure tab

She sees:

Group By

Additional Group By

Stack By

Display Data table (check box)

Configure Function field

Aggregation (and she can sellect "count" in a drop down for Aggregation

Set Value Formating

Max Number of Groups  (can enter number here)

Show Other (checkbox)

All help appreciated

Hi @StacyLen,

Are you using the identical report type as your colleague?

The options in the 'Configure' tab will differ per selected report type.

that was my issue.  I was selecting a different type report.  Thanks all

Hi @StacyLen ,

Could you please check the other user roles which begins with Report and compare it with your profile and below are some of the roles which provide you report access,

and also check the Report Type for example in Type - Trend you can see other items on the Configure tab which you have mentioned in your question
