Hi,

 

snc_internal users unable to see worknotes\comment on ESC portal once after submit a ticket.

 

Can anyone please help on this, it will be usefull.

Hi @mania ,

 

Firstly Check Portal Permissions with below points:

 

Confirm that snc_internal users have the "Read" permission for the "worknotes/comment" field on the ESC portal.

Navigate to:

System Applications > Studio

* Search for the ESC portal and edit the record.
* Go to the "Roles" tab and check if "snc_internal" role has "Read" permission for "worknotes/comment" field.

Check Business Rules or UI Policies:

* Verify if there are any business rules or UI policies that are preventing snc_internal users from viewing the worknotes/comment field.
