Hi everyone,

I enrolled for this course but didn't receive any email with Ebook code or anything.

Also in course overview I can't see the Ebook tab. Only Overview and Syllabus.

How am I supposed to obtain materials for all lab activities in this course?

Hi @jurajolejar 

1st , it is not SNOW, its ServiceNow or SN.

2. Once you register for this training then you will get the code of eBook (May be at end of training) only.

Few points:

CSA is 2 steps

1. Training: Yes, it is mandatory for anyone or everyone to complete this training. Now question about fee. 

If you are working with any ServiceNow partner company, then you can get this training free of cost ( Your company already has an agreement with SN) , if not then you need to pay USD 300 plus taxes.

2. Voucher : After completing training , you will get an email to claim a voucher and the same condition applied. Voucher cost in also costs USD 300 plus taxes.

Total $600 plus taxes if you are not working with a partner company.
