Hello @mohamed shibl,

Some possible things you can perform in your ServiceNow instances.

  • You can try to create a citizen development pilot that allows users to submit their app ideas and get them evaluated and approved by IT admins. You can use the App Engine Studio and the app intake catalog to build your pilot. You can also learn how to train your citizen developers and apply proper governance as you build skills. You can find more details about this idea in this link.
  • You can try to implement Service Mapping that provides a unified, connected view of your entire IT network and the services it supports. You can use the ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping solutions to map your services and understand how your business is impacted by asset moves, replacements, unplanned outages, and migration to the cloud. You can find a readiness checklist and best practices for this idea in this link.
  • You can try to create a simple integration of getting ServiceNow to integrate with a Slack bot. You can use the Slack API and the Scripted REST API in ServiceNow to create a bot that can respond to commands and queries from Slack users. You can also use the GlideRecord API to access data from ServiceNow tables. You can find a tutorial for this idea in this link.

I hope these ideas are helpful for you. Good luck with your pilot project! 😊
