Good Day.
We have enabled the teams chat option for user fields (like caller id, requested by, assigned to) on incident record, Once we click on the teams icon after these field's it's getting opened one new chat with default message "Hello Kotaiah Sadari This is regarding INC06788473 : Verint: Unable to access. " in teams app\we app.

It's working fine before (teams with classic version) the teams got updated to new version, Now new chat is getting started without default message for some users. Please refer the attachment for more details.
Please help to fix this issue, any kind of help is really appreciated.
