I need help with soar integration
1. did you make use of the application provided by ServiceNow for integration?
2. How did you integrate
Our current setup is we create catalog task but now we are getting an influx of those tasks for users merely interacting with the system. how can I resolve this? a flow designer workflow was built for this integration to create catalog task.
